A transaction specifies a sender, destination, value and possibly contract data. Your wallet presents the request and signs only after your approval. The signed transaction is broadcast to the network. A hash identifies it; a hash alone does not prove success.
Gas measures execution work. Network fees pay for that work in the native asset. Estimates can change before inclusion and failed execution can still cost gas. Keep a fee reserve when sending the maximum amount.
A pending transaction has not yet been included. A successful receipt shows execution in a block; additional blocks add confirmations. Reorganizations remain possible. CryptoVex waits for two confirmations and exposes the hash so you can check independently. A timeout does not mean funds were returned.
